BDC-013 is a sodium oxylignin derived from fermented spnice wood sulphite liquor. BDC-013 is a basic retarder for cement slurries that retards the thickening time of the slurries at temperatures ranging from 80°C to 120°C. Product is compatible with all classes of API and POZMIX cement. BDC-013 as a basic retarder also acts as a mild dispersant and is effective in fresh and salt water. BDC-013 can be dry blended with cement or prehydrated into the mixing water.
BDC-011 can be used in concentrations from 0.1% to 2.0% bwoc subject to cement quality and brand.
